Столкнулся с такой проблемой. Вышел из игры. Захожу заново, а персонажа нет в списке. В папке save все файлы есть. помогите разобраться с этой проблемой

Есть ли в папке Save сохранения именно этого персонажа? Не мог ли ты перепутать их с какими-то другими?
"Исчезновение" может происходить из-за разницы в версиях игры. В особенности, если использовались моды. Менял ли ты геймплей путем установки/деинсталляции патчей и модов?

да нет после выхода ничего не ставил

Возможно глюк реестра.
Подобное происходит, когда на компе более 1 версии диабло(например D2 LoD 1.12 и D2 мод Zy-el). Несмотря на то, что папки с оригиналом и модом находятся в разных местах, система может использовать папку с сейвами только одной из них(особенно если обе игры не устанавливались, а просто переносились с компа на комп). В этом случае ковыряния в реестре не избежать.
А могли повредиться сейвы (у меня в 1.09 было такое); быть может д2 некорректно завершилась. Вообще надо бэкапиться почаще.
