Есть участок за городом, хочу построить там дом из бруса, естественно не для постоянного проживания, по крайней мере не сейчас. Но в дальнейшем такой вариант рассматриваю, так что дом должен быть теплый, чтоб там было комфортно и зимой и летом. Подскажите, у кого дом из бруса, как вам живется в нем зимой и какой толщины у вас брус?

У меня загородный дом из бруса.

Тоже нужна помощь в выборе фирмы по строительству дома из бруса. Уже по сути определились, что дом будет у нас из профилированного бруса 140*140 со свайно-винтовым фундаментом. Их количество просто зашкаливает, и как показывает практика, цены в разы могут отличаться.

Вообще то, современный профилированный брус не требует какого то особого ухода. Давно уже применяются такие технологии в покрытии, которые предотвращают появление каких либо неприятных дефектов даже со временем. В хозяйстве такого не хватало!
