Есть команда программистов, которая делает новую игру, подобную на Диабло, но более современную с новыми фишками. Пока альтернативы подобной нет. Но есть проблема с тем, что запуск должен был быть уже в мае, так мы планировали, а игра еще не готова. Каждый программист сбрасывает на другого свои обязанности, то тестировщики что-то не проверили, то там какие-то баги вытекли. Как можно быстрее доделать игру? Как сплотить команду, чтобы они сами хотели быстрее ее завершить.
